Previously a Senior Commercial Loan Analyst with the Denver office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp., Matt’s team placed debt on $400+ million in loans across 16 states. Prior to joining MMCC, Matt spent time as a Product Manager with Zayo Group, where he priced and approved large commercial bandwidth infrastructure projects.

Specializing in Investment Properties, Sean Westfall is also highly experienced in a variety of institutional investment sales, including office, medical office, retail and the industrial properties. Previously a Senior Associate with Colliers International in Greater Phoenix, Sean oversees strategic disposition options for clients, as well as comprehensive investment and financial analyses. Sean also has deep experience with healthcare real estate services and understands the unique challenges of this industry.

Throughout his extensive commercial real estate career, Ryan Moroney has completed more than 400 commercial transactions valued in excess of $650M. Previously serving as a Director for Newmark, Ryan primarily focuses on the disposition of net lease investment properties nationwide including sale-leasebacks, 1031 exchange advisory and valuation consultation. Known for prioritizing his clients’ interests and diligently negotiating favorable business terms on their behalf, Ryan is dedicated to ensure their goals are being met, decisions are being made efficiently and time-sensitive obligations are achieved.
A graduate of the University of Missouri and a long-time Phoenix native, Ryan is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), an active participant in ULI’s Young Leaders Group and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). While at Newmark, Ryan was named a Newmark National Rising Star in 2018, 2019 and 2020 and was nominated as the NAIOP Emerging Broker of the Year in 2020. Ryan is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Arizona.

Previously a Managing Director in the Phoenix office of Newmark Knight Frank, as well as a partner at GDC/RE, a Phoenix-based retail real estate services firm, Tim has been involved in more than 500 transactions in excess of $500 million in consideration. Dedicated to bringing an analytical yet multi-faceted approach to each transaction, Tim takes pride in developing long-term relationships with his clients to ensure lasting success.

Jack McAndrew specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant net-leased assets nationwide. This includes structuring sale-leasebacks, supporting owner/operators throughout the lifecycle of M&A transactions, 1031 exchanges, and in-depth valuation advisory. Formerly an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank from 2019-2021, Jack is known for working tirelessly to achieve the maximum return for his clients. Recently promoted to Vice President at Echo West Capital Advisors, Jack has successfully transacted on over $150 million of commercial investments across 25 states since the company’s inception.

His expertise extends to a number of sectors including industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, R&D, outdoor storage, and RV/boat storage.
