Previously an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank’s Phoenix office, Jack is known for working tirelessly to achieve the maximum return for his clients and has sold $50 million in net lease retail over the past 2+ years.
A University of Arizona graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Development, Jack is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Arizona and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Previously a Senior Investment Sales Associate at a multi-billion dollar REIT, Jake has vast sales experience in the retail field ranging from portfolio transactions with national REITs to the structuring of sale leasebacks for local, regional, and national clients.
Jake received his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Arizona and earned an MBA from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business. Jake is also an active member of the Fiesta Bowl Committee.

A cum laude graduate of Arizona State University’s W.P Carey School of Business, Allison holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Previously an account executive at White Hat Agency in Austin, Allison brings to her position experience in marketing, project management, and attention to detail.
As the current Director of Operations, she is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the company, which includes a wide range of responsibilities. She is responsible for the development and execution of marketing materials including offering memorandums, flyers, email campaigns, website development, and social media. As a licensed Arizona salesperson, she actively engages in transaction management, expertly handling the preparation of necessary documentation to facilitate smooth and timely property transactions, thereby bolstering client satisfaction and trust.

Specializing in the sale of net lease investments, Mason focuses on providing value for his clients on property acquisition, disposition, and investment analysis. His expertise extends to a number of sectors including industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, R&D, outdoor storage, and RV/boat storage. Mason aims to excel at establishing positive relationships with colleagues and clients by finding innovative solutions to complex challenges. He has a proven track record of not just meeting but exceeding client goals, which in turn makes him a highly valuable partner to his existing and future client base.
Prior to joining Echo West Capital Advisors, Mason worked as an associate at Colliers where he specialized in Industrial Investment Sales. During his time there, he gained significant experience and knowledge in the space. Mason also brings a background in retail commercial real estate from his previous position at Advisors Commercial Real Estate in Arlington, Texas, where he focused on conducting key market research and preparing inventory reports for retail properties throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Mason brings a well-rounded skill set and wealth of experience to his current role as Senior Advisor at Echo West. As a part of the Echo West team, Mason will be focusing primarily on the sale of single tenant net leased investment properties as well as owner-user sale leasebacks across the United States.
